We do understand that your plans may change at the last minute, as the unexpected often arises.  However, we would be most grateful for an advance telephone call or email to let us know, in the event that you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason.

We shall of course, remain committed to sending you appointment reminders, in order to assist you in avoiding incurring any charges for not showing up.

We are sure you can appreciate that time is very precious to us all.

A fee will therefore be chargeable for missed appointments;

£60.00     APPOINTMENTS UP TO 30 MINUTES

£120.00   APPOINTMENTS UP TO 1 HOUR.
